About us:
STR is a specialist rubber latex clothing manufacturer producing exclusive quality products. We have an in house team of designers and dedicated people; our aim is to produce the finest quality latex clothing on the market.
Design:
STR pride ourselves on our precision to detail and service, all our clothing is custom made; all goods are hand produced in our purpose built workshop to your requirements (excluding molded products). This allows us to offer more option choices than any other supplier!
Retail:
STR do not manufacture rubber latex clothing for anyone but you directly, we are dedicated to manufacturing the best for you, we have years of experience wearing and making rubber latex clothing. Images on this website are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights.
Materials:
STR only uses High Quality 4D Latex Rubber Sheeting, all seams are glued, edges rolled, and fly guards fitted where necessary. We use only the best zips and steel fixings including stainless steel press studs for codpieces and on Jeans, if you have ever had these rust you will understand our important this is.
Technique:
STR have developed unique gluing techniques which are stronger than the material and we are able to adhere any thickness of latex while maintaining uniform seams . All holes are die precision cut therefore there are no rough edges. This is very important to connoisseurs of latex gear.

Reward Points:
STR customers can now earn "reward points" as you buy products these accumulate in your account and can be used in future purchases; this equates to 3% back on purchases and will appear in your account once your order has been shipped. (reward points are exempt from special offers)
Delivery:
STR products are custom made to your individual requirements, therefore they take a little longer to manufacture than mass produced goods, please allow up to 28 working days for delivery, but be assured you are buying the ultimate rubber gear and we can assure you is worth the wait.
Email confirmations will be sent at every step of your order:
* Pending = Order placed (approx 1-15 working days) (special offers may take longer)
* Processing = Order being manufactured (approx 1-10 working days)
* Shipped = Order despatched (approx 1-15 working days) dependant on country
Packing:
All items are shipped in 97% recyclable discreet quality packaging materials, custom notifications will state "clothing" if required for your country. Orders over £50.00 in value will require a signature.
Privacy:
STR will not share any address, contact details or payment details with any other parties. We may contact you via email to advise you of any special offers. If you do not wish to receive this notification, please unsubscribe from newsletters.
STR does not have access to any credit or debit card information, this is passed via secure server directly to our banking merchant for the purpose of each transaction.
Returns:
STR is pleased to offer a 30 day refund* (see below) or exchange on all our products provided they are returned in an unused condition; only been tried on for size and have not been polished or been in contact with any lubricants of any sorts (except powder e.g. talc).
* Any original postage and packaging charges cannot be refunded.
* Customers will be liable for return postage costs.
* 20% Handling charge may apply.
* No items for return will be accepted without prior agreement.
If out side of the European Union please ensure package customs label is marked:
1. NCV “No Commercial Value”
2. Temporary import
3. Returned goods
Failure to do this could result in your package being rejected.
